Dave here with Saddleback Leather and I want to show you how to sleep in a hammock. I learned this from people who sleep in hammocks off the coast of Guatemala.
Well, we are here in Rwanda and I’m sleeping on a hammock now and the reason why people don’t like sleeping in a hammock is because it’s uncomfortable and makes their back hurt. Here’s are some tips if you ever have to sleep in a hammock:
If you sleep in a straight line, with your head and toes down the middle of the hammock, you’ll wake up with a sore back. The trick is to sleep at an angle, about 30 degrees, so you end up laying flat. Now, your head will be kind of cocked so just put a blanket under your head and you should be good to go.
That is how you sleep comfortably in a hammock. Thought I would pass that on to you, talk to you later.
